We are so thrilled to have Claude Bourbon join us from England on his US tour. From medieval music to Spanish Blues to Middle Eastern styling, Claude brings a unique and talented take on a wide range of musical traditions. He incorporates all five digits on each hand dancing independently but in unison, plucking, picking and strumming at such speed and precision that his fingers often seem to melt into a blur. His Spanish medieval blues evolved into Gypsy, Eastern European, with a splash of Paco de Lucia, Delta Blues and more. Whether you love classical music or incredible guitar playing, you will love this evening of music!
“…Your name should be on Rolling Stone’s top 100 Guitarists of all time, in my opinion…”, Irene, Seattle, WA
“…This accomplished artist offers tender, compelling performance through highly developed precision. His sound instantly creates ambience – from haunting Spanish moods to lyrical, romantic jazz, Claude Bourbon provides both a rich evening of music for lovers, and a real treat for music lovers…”, BBC, UK
BYOB. Non-alcoholic refreshments and appetizers will be served. Event is free. $10-$20 donation (or whatever you can afford) is requested and goes directly to the musician.
